I would have liked to see the company authorize a 10 million share buyback. If the sellers would drive the stock back down into the .60s or lower, it would be a very good use for some of the $24 million they have in cash.

BINGO!!! You don't announce a reverse stock split of that magnitude unless you send a signal to the market that the company has a pool of money to support their stock and that they believe it's undervalued.

It also wouldn't hurt to see more insider buying than selling.. (and I'm not talking about giving themselves stock options at $0)

CCUR management hasn't made a direct insider market buy since Trimm's paltry $59,000 worth last May:
