The reverse split will work as long as they post profits and grow revenue. Not to much to ask, right?

The call sucked.

Trimm made the company a small niche tech company that no one ever heard of or ever will. No longer a market leader.
No hope of a 10 bagger.

They are successful at Bright House, Cox and Time Warner plus International.

He lost Comcast, Charter, and Mediacomm plus prior losses at Adelphia.

They didn't make it to Comcast's small list of VOD vendors for the next generation. Their only hope at Comcast is to partner with someone else. Perhaps Trimm is saying that SEAC's hardware is losing but their software/back office is winning. Partner with Seachange like they did at Cox.

They are in talks with Novell that will lead to the exit of their agreement. This will allow CCUR to market it themselves and Red Hat. He blew that as well. No revenue from Slert.
Keep marketing Nightstar tools with Novell.

No news with Patents other than to say they don't want to blow it.

The guidance is unchanged in that the Second Half (now) is better than the first half.
