You mean outsourcing? So then we get rid of the power of the AMA to limit the number of doctors in the US and accept foreign doctors to populate (in particular) our rural areas.

So then, to control the price of services, we go to single payer which could immediately lower all costs. We can also vote out Republicans in Congress this November so we can trash the corrupt Medicare part D and get rid of the noncompete clause for drugs.

So you do agree with what I am saying.
