Looks like there is a big money deal, but not as big as we expected. CW is looking for $4-5M in a private placement. She is shopping the co. around. I am not sure of the response on the street. CW plans on re-incorporating in the US and to list on NASDAQ again in September following a 3 for 1 split. She is really banking on the education business and my source thinks she can get 6X revenues equal to $60M or $2.10 per share. Not a bad return from current levels. Any further insight from the west coast is appreciated.
