Anyone own COTG. Ive been watching for a while now. For the past month its price has steadily been increasing, along with the volume without any news. Today it spiked to .21 (up 20%) on record volume (and the day isnt over yet). Think perhaps someone might be accumalating this one? Any opinions and or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
