Maybe, but then OOOPS a windfall tax bigger than expected etc etc
or any other things and then a lawsuit etc etc. It would simply be irresponsible for a Major to commit billions when they do not know what they are getting that is the reason why no one has done it. They have had a Proven resource of 13 mil ozs for months on end. They may have taken it over last month with all the concessions too and ooops only 3 concessions really, the other 35 have been revoked.
