John, With the billions Intel makes, you would think they could afford an 800 number for the conference call. Perhaps they're planning ahead for lower margins next quarter...every little bit helps<G>. Cyrix's CC has an 800 number...go figure. As Jim mentioned the sub $1000 PC market is real. I read 37+% of all new PC being sold are sub $1000 and growing. If Intel choose to ignore this, then their market share will be close to segment zero. Intel simply can't continue with "one size fits all"...PII for all. Did you happen to look at the unit sales on the PII from one of brokerage house? Hint: It was insignificant too. Mike
