In response to the question I posed on Yahoo, the latest short interest was the signal I was anticipating. Too cover
the remainder of the short interest we are looking at, one day. This tells me that there is a landmark decision coming that will change RMTR. The manner in which the MM's are trading and trying to acquire stock indicates to me that they are coming up against a time factor. The wide swings in stock price indicate a situation is approaching that will change everything. The rapid exercising of options indicates the
need for haste. The guarded comments during the CC, told
me that management was being very careful to not hype the
future to an excess.

Ramtron now would be a very positive acquisition. Solid patent holdings. Clean balance sheet, active product line with multiple new products on the way. Rapidly growing demand and a greedy BOD and management team. This indicates to me that there is a change in the wind. If products produce killer numbers this quarter an acquiring company better hurry before it gets too pricey.

I think the RMTR management team had to prove they had the right stuff, and the balance sheet and bright future should
show all those concerned that they are capable of better management skill levels. Their early acquisition of a semi marketing company was a move to acquire cash flow so they could stay in business. I think that move was based on fear. But now, it is a MM game. They know that they can control stock price as long as the shares stay under $5.00. A blow out quarter would take that control away from them so we see another time factor. The guessing game now, is who is going to take FRAM to the next level?

As usual JMHO
