WHAT?

Cost is the most significant factor since it is heading towards 20% of GDP and creating a raft of problems as it goes. If it were 1% of GDP, a few hundred dollars per capita, everyone had insurance and no one was going bankrupt from bills, the private system could go along its merry way.

Are you actually following the argument? That comment makes no sense whatsoever.
