This is a good Sign of things to Happen in Wyoming , TransCanada begins open season for natural gas pipeline from U.S. Rockies to U.S. Midwest transcanada.com My guess CBM Mining will be allowed wide open , does that mean the water issue from CBM Mining been resolved Could it be RGBL will be a big player resolving this water issue ????????? with the Yates plant coming on stream. Black Diamond ??? wonder if there plant is running yet . Good map of Pipeline distribution , near the end. sasktrade.sk.ca
