No they won't shut it down, imho ... remember i said there would be 'certain exemptions and interpretations' made in re the mandate, well neither Aurelian nor Dynasty have laid anybody off so far, progress continues on the ground, same as before ... they got word on that right away, you can bet your boots

At the same time, we won't be seeing any new highs, or takeouts either imho, until there are solid dependable stability agreements ... best to hope for before that is they fill their upper gaps, 6.00ish for dmm.to, 7.00ish for aru.to ... but it's pretty decent return from here just to fill their lower gaps, crisis = opportunity
