Do you think that would be cost effective?

And do you see any downsides? Maybe I watch too many crime shows on TV, but I sure wouldn't want anything on my car that would disallow a quick getaway from some scary guy in the parking lot.

If you're going to add more mandatory safety features, there are a lot of possibilities. Why is this more important?

And last, didn't you just say something about "libertarian"?
