I think that what happened is not a plot. I was one of the buyers in this Melee, but my average is still about $4.60. I shopped way too soon. RR traded it much better. IMO, most of these Latin American countries have been run for the most part by phony foreign installed right wing dictatorships. These dictators have left a huge mish mash of piece offs etc.,while they stuffed their Swiss bank accounts. When they get chased out of their countries the run to the US, or England. EG; Pinochet Lefty's like Chavez and Correa have vowed to change this. Hence it should not have really surprised anyone when he announced the mining halt. The press up here is notoriously reporting every move by these Lefty's as rape and pillage. They are at most outright lying or at the very least using twists, and ommisions to discredit these Leftys. The reason most people up here think that these leaders are crooked is because most SA leaders in the past have been crooked or if they were not, they died in fiery plane crashes.
