I am open to be corrected on this - but I think the only difference between us and the signees of Kyoto is that we were honest. The rest signed and that was about it.

For instance, my understanding is that the US has done better than Canada on the requirements of Kyoto - but they signed it.

If we sign it the legal system will tie us up in knots if it is not followed.

Kyoto is flawed and foolish - just imo.
