Centigram names Puette as president, CEO
SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct 15 (Reuters) - Centigram Communications Corp on Wednesday said former Apple
Computer Inc (AAPL) and Hewlett-Packard Co (HWP) executive Robert Puette was named Centigram's
president and chief executive officer.
Puette succeeds George Sollman, who stepped down earlier and remains on the company's board of
directors, a spokeswoman said. His appointment is effective immediately.
Puette, 55, most recently served as chairman of the board, president and CEO of NetFRAME Systems,
headquartered in Milpitas, Calif. Prior to that he was president of sales and marketing for Apple USA and also
general manager of Hewlett-Packard's Personal Computer Group. |
