Just my opinion on my RMTR investment.

I don't think that RMTR is a takeover candidate, because :

1) earlier Stauntion mentioned a stock price of $50 as a selling price. We are only at $4.31
2) the company can use their " poison pill " for any take over
3) nearly all the longs have buying prices over $10 a share. In case of a TOB at $10, this should mean that most of the longs are not making any profit. The only ones that are filling their pockets is the management.
4) the following quarters (if the 26 % increase in revenues is real ) should be 2Q08 = $15,5 mil., 3Q08 = $16,5 mil., 4Q08 = 18 mil. ( 26 % of $51,1 = $64,39 revenues at end of 2008 )
5) if so, soon there will be a blow of in the stock price, i think end of June - begining July ( just before 2Q results )
6) the better general behavior of the stock markets now is also in favor of higher prices
7) the succes of higher Fram densities must be proven
