While I believe keeping old Jerusalem open and under international control with full access granted to any races and/or religion could be force fed to both parties, a solution returning The Old City to Arabs never would be an option.

As I said, open city Jerusalem in no way must exclude Jews and Pals both having their administration there.

Ideal solution IMO: A large construction with 2 sub centers, one of them the Pal seat with the other one the Israel seat. The larger main center in between could be the UN seat!

With one large meeting room where Jews and Arabs could rush into a meeting to solve their problems. As opposed to rushing over the borders an/or dropping rockets and missiles.
