One more thing, even if NW needs the money, Salmasi is a winner, plain and simple. This may be a huge challenge but he has lengthened the odds for success if he can successfully sell the spectrum to use the money for product development. The media will whine when he sells because it is still angry that Salmasi had the guts and determination to beat the government when it attempted to unilaterally abrogate the bankruptcy code and basic rules of fairness when it tried unsuccessfully to take away his spectrum. For the dewey eyed reporters, the basic rules of capitalism don't apply to FCC licensed spectrum, but like water flowing down hill those rules eventually apply to everything, they can't be contained forever. A raging entrepreneur lives among us; his name is Salmasi.Let's see what happens.... HF
