That's 100% the right attitude to have.

In spite of the reputation that Dallas is getting for taking in highly-skilled losers the organization has a tough policy on misbehavior - look at how Quincy "pothead" Carter was shown the door. I don't think JJ will make any exceptions for pacman. He knows the risk (hence the CB draft, his version of a stoploss). But the potential payoff is big, so he makes still makes the trade.
