How significant is the move to do something about GW is a real question in my mind. When I typed that, Steve, I had in mind the willingness of the incoming administration to position itself differently in terms of global warming issues. It's very clear they've opposed addressing those issues with other countries, either via conferences, via treaties, or whatever. If the US does move aggressively on those fronts, it opens up multiple possibilities. And changes the way issues are viewed.
