Last night I caught up on Tonight Show's from last week and saw Schwarzenegger's appearance for Earth Day week. He is genuinely pushing some good alternative energy ideas; with two more years in office and no re-election to worry about, he can be a big ally for whichever party gets to the White House next and wants to take real action on energy and climate issues.

And he is setting an example of a basically nonpartisan officeholder working on goals instead of party talking points.
