Salmasi said they will not sell if they don't get the price they want. My WAG would be in the $1-$1.5B range. I'm guessing they would not sell if the bids came in much below $1B. Key going forward will be whether they can sell their systems into the buying operator. So the "value" of the deal may not all be in the spectrum purchase price...
