It just might be an idea for congress to consider. Enacting laws that are specific about ANY former member of an administration having contact with "problem" rogue nations. It's despicable and ought not be tolerated. Freedom of speech is one thing, but Carter's actions, more than once, go beyond acceptable. Ditto for Clinton. Doesn't our current constitution have some language that is supposed to prevent this from happening? Long time since civics class...
