No system of government can be 'perfect', but at *least* the public would have a FAR greater chance of ending continuous federal over-spending!

We can go around and around on this, but I don't think doing it further would gain us anything. I don't think that it would give a far greater chance. Different phrasing or emphasis on the same points isn't going to convince me, and my points are not going to convince you. Unless one or both of us has brand new arguments, it seems to me that we've talked this one out enough.
