Insiders have 120MM shares with the CEO holding 72MM. There are no preferred shares, so the EPS of .0027 already takes all the shares into account. As soon as they are OTCBB they have to sell 144's by the rule, which states they can only sell 1% of the average volume per quarter. No big deal - not to mention management has never sold a 144 share since the inception.
