to all- _great_ piece in todays information week magazine. a fair and optimistic look at sgi (could it be true?!) particularly noting sgi two year lead on hp, ibm, sun, etc regarding hi perf servers. highlighted 64 bit, scalable design... one interesting anecdote concerning a large installation where sgi was nt even in the group of bidders, but eventually went on to win. sgi acknowledges theyve GOT TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THEIR STUFF. amen. still looking for announcements on a new marketing company, new marketing campaign, etc. hope ed is working on his presentation for the 23rd conf call. ill try to find a link to the article and post this evening. regards, kris
