What Really Slows Windows Down Page 1: Introduction By Oli on Friday, 22nd September 2006 thepcspy.com Page 5: Results and Conclusions thepcspy.com Getting a bit old now, but I still think its useful enough to link to. A lot of the smaller delays would probably be within the margin of error, and I suspect some of them are errors (for example why would Firefox slow boot times down by 1% if you don't run it at boot up?)
