What is it that you hope to see the Supreme Court do with another four years of a Republican President appointing justices? Not trying to be provocative. I just want to know what it is that motivates people to pull the lever based on a future conservative vision of the Supreme Court? What would make you happy in a Supreme Court? The Court is already pretty conservative, upholding laws like the PATRIOT Act and the power of the President to hold American citizens without a trial (which is clearly unconstitutional). I assume some religious types want to see a Christain Supreme Court make the Ten Commandments the law of the land, but I know you're not coming from that angle, so what is it you'd like to see from future court decisions?

BTW, I think McCain as President will turn out to be more like Eisenhower, a big government Republican that wasn't all that conservative. The Eisenhower Interstate Highway system is his greatest legacy. Ike also appointed Justice Warren, one of the most liberal jurist to serve on the Supreme Court. I would not be surprised to see maverick McCain dissappoint the Republican Right with his Supreme Court appointments.
