On April 17, 2008, Electrum Strategic Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grat Holdings LLC, acquired ownership and control of 1,281,700 common shares of Gabriel Resources Ltd., representing an additional 0.5 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Gabriel. After such acquisition, Electrum has ownership and control of 26,465,900 common shares, which represent 10.38 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gabriel.

After acquiring the common shares indicated above, Electrum owns 26,465,900 shares, representing 10.38 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gabriel.

On April 25, 2008, Electrum Strategic Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of GRAT Holdings LLC, acquired ownership and control of 2,504,500 common shares of Gabriel Resources Ltd., representing an additional 0.98 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Gabriel. After such acquisition, Electrum has ownership and control of 31,843,300 common shares, representing 12.49 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gabriel.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes and Electrum may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership of common shares of Gabriel whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreement or otherwise.
