Ivan, I don't know officially, but the extremely vague response I received and one un-returned phone call lead me to believe that this is indeed the case. I'm letting a bit too much emotion creep-in here, but I do think the silence is unusual and I do feel it has contributed significantly to the recent slide... absolutely no announcments period. Perhaps folks more knowledgable than myself can cite specific precedents in the corporate merger world and make us all feel better. That said, what do you think about today's action? Up 5/32 from the low of 1 3/16. Hmmmmmmm, could it be.... a bottom? Hope so! Brad
