Al, don't you think that if BT were interested in a post buy-out GTE/MCI, that it would be more of a merger of equals than a purchase? It would kind of remind me of the Lockheed/Martin Marietta merger a while ago. I agree however, that a BT/GTE/MCI company would be a world-wide giant...
