There is no mistake. American blacks have received the benefits of an apologetic state for years. I do think the pendulum as swung a bit, and blacks and whites are probably on more equal footing today than ever before.
Pat makes a similar point to the one I made about the Jews the other day. The blacks here have had a homeland. While they had struggles, they have in fact reached a point of freedom and prosperity. Wright's 10,000 sq. ft. house is evidence of it, and Pat is correct that Wright should drop to his knees every day that he is here rather than some other place. HOW CAN THIS FOOL WRIGHT TALK ABOUT DOWNTRODDEN BLACKS IN ONE BREATH AND MOVE INTO A 10,000 SQ. FOOT HOUSE AT THE SAME TIME?
