There has been a tremendous increase in money spent on alternative energy during the Bush administration. I do not know what has been spent during the past year. Pelosi stated she had a plan during the 2006 election to greatly reduce the price of gas. Gas has skyrocketed since she announced she had a plan...which remains a secret. Do you think she was flat out lying for votes?
