So, if house prices drop 90%, rents could come back into normal range by dropping too. That wouldn't necessarily leave people feeling more wealthy as incomes could drop too.

But Helicopter Ben says "No they won't. I will throw bales of bucks out the helicopter doors to prevent prices falling". He has fleets of helicopters already launched and cheques are in the mail.
