I believe this might help the "Wright Situation" a bit. I think it will be obvious to the general public that Wright is not speaking for Obama, and that it will be easier for Obama to put distance between himself and his former pastor without looking like a politician who caves to political pressure.

On a personal note, after watching the Bill Moyers interview, I found Wright's underlying points to be valid and worthy of discussion in his church, and in the public discourse in general ....hey, sometimes the truth hurts, and as your Run-O'-the-Mill caucasion, I am not offended or appalled at his points, and am open to listen to his point of view. I may not agree with everything he says, but I do believe he is intelligent, and basically on point with much of what I've heard to date.

I certainly do not project anything he says to Barack Obama; I hope enough people have the common sense to keep Obama/Wright in their own arenas.
