It would make sense there is a quiet time but not sure if there is any SEC requirement. Maybe Sergio can enlighten us on this subject.

I know during divestures where one public entity becomes two or more traded entites there definitely would be but don't know the rules when you have a private company involved in this sort of deal..

For a lousy market day in general I thought LUNN did pretty well to move up a notch. I saw a lot of RED on my screen today with very few exceptions.
