What is an "enemy combatant"? A term made up by the U.S. government to serve their purposes to take people at will without due process.

The term comes from the Geneva Convention and goes back to the 30's. They come in two types, lawful and unlawful. Spy's are unlawful as well as terrorists. The US has gone above and beyond the requirements of the Geneva Convention. Obviously you are completely ignorant of its contents. I suggest you do some research before you start blathering stupid ignorant comments like some jackass fool!
