I believe that obama's hands on experience in the poorer neighborhoods of chicago might give him another window into where the US needs to go.

This is hilarious. That you are so naive as to think Obama's minimal "experience" in the neighborhoods of Chicago, in some way, qualifies him to be president, is an embarrassment. I honestly don't know how a person can be this child-like in their thinking.
