10,000m DIAMOND DRILLING PROGRAM AT THE SEGILOLA GOLD PROJECT IN NIGERIA

HAS COMMENCED

PERTH, Western Australia, April 30 /CNW/ - The Board of CGA Mining Limited ("CGA") (ASX Code:CGX, TSX Code:CGA) is pleased to announce that the new drill rig from Spektra Jeotek AS, a Turkish drilling company, has arrived at site at the Segilola Gold Project in Nigeria and drilling has commenced.

CGA is currently earning a 51% interest in the Segilola Gold Project, which is located 120km north east of Lagos.

The geological setting is typically archean greenstone and the known mineralisation extends over an identified strike length of approximately 1,000m.

A 10,000m drill program has been planned with an estimated budget of approximately US$3m.

The Segilola Gold Project is regarded as the most advanced gold project in Nigeria. Past exploration results have demonstrated the potential for a high grade gold system.
