Tim, how many refinance a mortgage for only the original amount?

Quite a few people do it for the original amount or only slightly more, when the interest rate moves in their favor.

And if your talking about refinancing for a lot more, well than your borrowing a lot more money, the fact that your payment is bigger would be expected.
