I think we're just looking at a lame stab at 13k, which we're falling short of today anyway. If the mkt again rallies 300 off the fed news, I give up for awhile. Too rigged for me. If every time the fed announces decision already baked in to mkts, but we still spike 300 points before and another 300 after with another 500 to follow the next day, the mkt just isn't right. The buy the rumor, sell the news practice of the past has been completely nullified by the super buy button and kool aid punch bowl.
