They need to walk a careful line between under promise and over delivery. I would much rather they be cautious with their predictions. CEO's can get into the habit of talking up their company and glossing over the weak points. This doesn't really do anyone any good, as a general rule. Concentrate on execution! Be willing to look at all aspects of the company to see where changes can be effected to reduce costs and improve profitability or find and remove log jams.

All in all, a good report, imo.
