That would be great. But are you willing to sacrifice the quality of your heath care to get it?

Where you can now walk into any significant ER in the country and get a CT scan, are you willing to wait 6 months for one as people often have to do in Canada and the UK? Are you willing to settle for lesser antibiotics because the best, newest, most effective antibiotics are more expensive?

Should you, god forbid, be diagnosed with cancer, are you willing to settle for the less effective treatments available in Canada and UK rather than the more effective treatments available here?

These are the questions Americans need to ponder and receive answers to before they go off with a half-baked, half-cocked John Fowler styled revision to the best health care system in the world.
