Sure, I can. In business, we negotiate the best deal all the time. It's what makes the market dynamic. Those who are suppliers of a good try negotiate a high price and those that are consumers of a good or service try to negotiate a low price. That is what makes a market.

Not exactly. I picked the plan for our company, and none of the employees had any say in what plan would fit them the best.

Market would be if every person could pick their own plan.
