I dont find Q's arguments about an implied extension to be at all convincing.

If they DON'T have an agreement, doesn't that make TI and who ever else sells NOK chips an 'infringer?'

Are THEY willing to cross the rubicon and continue to sell NOK chips (once it becomes clear NOK doesn't have an agreement) in the face of their agreements which I assume state that any device manuf they sell to must be licensed too?
