Of course the race is a big factor, folks. You have one side trying to look at it as if race is a non-issue and the other side looking at it as if race is the only issue. Both are wrong - the race issue will be integral to this primary. The party leadership has been sitting on the fence because of it, letting an abscess fester - very reminiscent of the lack of preparation & decision-making when Katrina was bearing down on New Orleans. They had a window of opportunity after Texas when the Republican crossover put Hillary over the top. If Hillary gets the nomination now, her supporters will have a tough time arguing it wasn't because of the Wright issue. Period. Full stop.
