Howard Dean and the party elders have come out and told the superdels to declare by the end of June. Most will do so and are just waiting until after June 3rd. I've done the math in a spreadsheet and even if Hillary gets exactly what she's proposing on MI and FL, she still loses.

As far as Dem's undemocratic rules on superdel, I think it's a joke. The Dems are like Arafat. They never lose an opportunity to lose an opportunity. What was once a 99% guaranteed Dem White House is now a 50% proposition because of their stupid rules. However, the Republicans are more disciplined but their method of choosing the nominee is no more Democratic. Winner take all has oftentimes resulted in candidates who won the popular vote but lost the electoral vote. I think that is wrong.

If I were the rule maker for both parties I'd say that it should be one person, one vote, simple majority rules. Not delegates, no electoral college, no bullshit. Pure Democracy.
