In junior high school we had a history teacher who made a clearing of his throat sound after every sentence. After awhile we kid started counting the number of times he ahem ed...(if that is a word) Therefore I can understand your distraction with "you know" as we never learned much from this teachers. Too many distractions for us to handle. Someone should tell Hillary. What are advisers for ?
