I'm not quite sure why a continual share decline on low volume is bullish. I've seen many tiny stocks, after huge volume runups, gradually decline for months on light volume, especially where debentures and dilution were concerned. BTW, I am long IFCI since $1.70. Just looking for compelling reasons to hang on at these levels. Henry
