you know, i actually agree with you that qcom's stock price would shoot higher under your compromise. sad but true. but the domino affect on royalty reductions to qcom for wcdma handset sales in china and india and throughout the world, would cost qcom billions - of course, conversely, you will say that such a reasonable compromise as yours will provide qcom incremental royalties (earnings) sooner in those countries while saving hundreds of millions in annual litigation fees. ihavenoidea.
